Six women from very different backgrounds. Two dance teachers, an opera singer, a cheer leader, a grandmother and a burlesque poet, all came together to dance the Cell Block Tango at the Pride Ball and Firefemme was born.

We later went on to incorporate a musical theatre student and an artist.  A collective of fierce women.
